Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Support
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000

As a Deputy Manager, you will:
- Support the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children.
- Take responsibility for care planning, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Provide emotional and practical support to children, establishing routines and engaging in activities such as cooking, sports, music, or relaxing at home.
- Play a key role in maintaining a positive and supportive team culture, ensuring staff are motivated and well-equipped to provide exceptional care.

Experience:
- Experience working with children or young people in a residential setting.
