Duties
- Deliver expert hair styling and barbering services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs

- Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of workstations and tools
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow

Qualifications
- Proven experience in barbering and hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse clients
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service consistently
- Strong knowledge of hair care products, tools, and safety protocols
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Relevant certifications or licenses in barbering or cosmetology preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
