We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic Early Years Administrator to join our team at Kiddie Capers Childcare.
The Early Years Administrator plays an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation by providing administrative support to the Kiddie Capers Childcare Support Hub. Working closely with colleagues across the business, the postholder will help ensure processes are organised, records are maintained, and communication is managed effectively.
The role is based at our Support Hub Office in between Hurstpierpoint and Burgess Hill, however there may be travel required between our sites across East and West Sussex to support the Nursery Teams.
Hours & Pay:
25 hours per week (08:00-13:00 or 08:30-13:30)
£17,500 per annum (£28,000 FTE)

Job Responsibilities
-
Provide administrative support for the Staffing Manager, Area Managers and Senior Leadership Team with a range of tasks and to support the day-to-day running of the organisation

Support with general correspondence, document preparation, and data management

Use of Excel spreadsheets to aid staffing planning

Cover required tasks for the Staffing Manager in their absence

Upload absence documents to HiBob such as fit notes

Provide back-up support where required to our nursery settings

Project work as required by Staffing Manager or Nursery Operations Team

Extract data from Famly and update staffing requirement information within Excel rota spreadsheets
-
Ensure all data entered into spreadsheets and systems is accurate and up to date

Highlight any significant changes to the Staffing Manager

Check that observations are being uploaded to Famly accounts

Ensure Famly compliance is up to date, for example, parental permissions and passwords
