We are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Night Porter to join our team at South Causey Inn.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises throughout the night while providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the security of the hotel and grounds during overnight hours.
- Conducting regular security checks and monitoring the premises.
- Assisting guests with enquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Supporting the bar operation when required.
- Setting up and preparing areas for the following day's operations.
- Responding calmly and professionally to any incidents or emergencies.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous security experience.
- Previous bar experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Flexible approach to work and a positive attitude.
Starting wage £14.00 per hour.
