Nero Engineering is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our small office team. Engineering experience is preferred but not essential.
Job Summary
You will support the day-to-day running of the office by carrying out general administrative duties and helping ensure jobs are processed efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Answering phones and emails.
- Greeting customers and visitors.
- Scanning, filing and general office administration.
- Preparing and sending quotations.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Opening new jobs and preparing certification packs.
- Completing supplier questionnaires and client paperwork.
- Providing general office support as required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous office administration experience.
- Organisational skills
- Able to work on your own and as part of a small team.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience in an engineering environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £16.00 per hour
