Drainage Supervisor – Join Our Growing Team
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Drainage Supervisor to lead our operational teams and ensure the safe, efficient delivery of drainage works across a variety of sites. About the Role
As a Drainage Supervisor, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day site activities, manage drainage operatives, and ensure all works are completed to industry, safety, and environmental standards. You’ll play a key role in planning, supervising, and delivering both reactive and planned drainage works.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating drainage teams to deliver safe, high‑quality work
- Planning daily workloads, allocating tasks, and ensuring resources are in place
- Supervising CCTV surveys, jetting, repairs, and installation works
- Handling customer calls and emails
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety requirements and completing RAMS
- Liaising with clients and providing clear, professional updates
- Completing job sheets, reports, and site documentation
- Supporting training and development of operatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in drainage operations (jetting, CCTV, confined spaces, repairs)
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant certifications such as CSCS, Confined Space, First Aid (desirable)
- NRSWA Supervisor, OS19X, SSSTS/SMSTS (advantageous)

Pay: £35,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
