A key operational role within a successful technology company
Applied Microengineering Ltd (AML) is looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join our management team at Harwell Campus.
This is a broad and rewarding role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and supporting every aspect of a growing business.
Working closely with senior management, you will oversee office operations, HR administration, compliance, facilities, supplier relationships, IT coordination and financial administration, helping to ensure that the company operates efficiently and professionally.
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Operations Manager or Business Support Manager role.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Confidence dealing with suppliers, professional advisers and employees at all levels.
- Experience in areas such as HR administration, facilities, compliance, payroll coordination or finance administration.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Sage 50 Accounts Professional and Microsoft 365 would be advantageous.

Pay: £37,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
