We're looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at Crockers Tring, an independently owned restaurant featured in the Michelin Guide and awarded 3 AA Rosettes.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and leading a motivated team in a high-quality dining environment.
What we offer
- Salary of £30,000–£35,000, depending on experience.

The role
As Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure every guest enjoys the ultimate dining experience.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain the highest service standards.
- Manage reservations, staffing levels and service flow.
- Train, mentor and develop the team.
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless communication and service.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a strong understanding of food, wine and premium service (essential).
- Has previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a similar standard of restaurant.
- Is a confident, hands on, and motivating leader.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Is passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Has a strong understanding of food, wine and premium service (essential).
