About the role:
Are you a natural organiser who thrives on juggling live events, exhibitions and campaigns without breaking a sweat? We're looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our team and support our senior project team across the full lifecycle of event and experience delivery. You'll be involved with everything including conferences, exhibitions, virtual events and targeted campaigns.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- General management and/or support of key project deliverables
- Taking ownership of allocated tasks and being responsible for the completion of these to the highest standard
- Communicating confidently and proactively with the team throughout a project whilst maintaining open communication with all stakeholders including internal teams, suppliers, clients and contractors
- Supplier management including; liaison (booking of services, receipting information), sourcing research and adding gold standard suppliers to our database
- Negotiating with suppliers and venues to secure the best possible rates and terms for projects
- Responsible for arranging client meetings, creating agenda’s, populating/reviewing meeting contact reports and distributing to clients as per SOW
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, suppliers and venues
- Database management - supplier research and keeping records up to date
- Responsible for logistics management, including managing diaries, arranging travel, accommodation and organising catering (for internal teams, clients, suppliers, speakers etc)
- Budget management, be that on an area of a project or the entirety of a smaller project.
- Manage the production of briefing documents - production of supplier and staff briefing documents for all live projects as well as managing production equipment and ordering
- Support in producing project documents such as timelines and project plans, risk registers, running orders etc.
- Responsible for the collation of post project information e.g. photos and video to produce case study material
- Playing a key role in pitch and tender processes
- Participating in project debriefs, identifying lessons learnt and implementing these to improve your knowledge and skill set
- Maintain a general understanding of trends within our industry and an understanding of our clients business
- Demonstrate an understanding in company procedures and working in accordance with these at all times
- Any other needs as required by the business

Pay: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
