We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant (Nights) to join our team at Morar Living in the United Kingdom. This vital role involves delivering compassionate care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while contributing to our mission of creating an exceptional lifestyle experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to residents, supporting their daily activities and health needs.
- Assist in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual requirements.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident progress.
- Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment within the care home.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Support residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices in senior care.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior or residential care settings.
- Strong leadership and supervising skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Knowledge of care planning and documentation.
- Valid driving license is advantageous.

- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
