Summary
We are seeking a Recruitment and Compliance Officer to join our team in the UK. Based in Manchester, this role is vital in ensuring we attract top talent and maintain compliance across all staffing operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission by managing recruitment processes and upholding high standards of regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and internal policies.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates and clients through excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and compliance documentation.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth integration into healthcare teams.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or human resources roles.
- Proficiency with ATS systems such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience using HRIS platforms like Salesforce or HRIS systems.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Preferred: Experience with social media management tools.
