Fast Fit Technician - Walsall Wood Tyre & Service, WS9 9AS
We've been around Walsall Wood for over 30 years as a family business, dating back to our previous identity (Econotyre) too.
We're looking for a high energy fast fit technician to help us continue to grow our revitalised image of becoming the ultimate Tyre and Service Centre for all vehicles in the area, focused on immaculate presentation, attitude and technical ability.
Tyres are at the core of how this company was founded, and as the trade evolves they're an imperative part of the future of our industry, all while having a great understanding of everything that goes on inside the wheel arch too.
Main Responsibilities
- Meet and Greet customers upon arrival making them feel a warm welcome and instantly addressing their enquiry and/or checking them in for work.
- All things tyres on cars and light commercial vehicles.
- Checking vehicles are suitable for wheel alignment and then carrying out wheel alignment adjustments and road testing vehicles before and after where required.
- TPMS Diagnosing, Service and Repair.
- Servicing and Light Repairs (Brakes/Suspension etc).
- Carry out Vehicle Health Checks competently identifying defective work with required rectification advice, giving Front of House team as much support as possible.
- Keeping the highest presentation standards of all areas at all times.
- Maintaining a phenomenal and positive attitude at all times.
