Key Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures.
- Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment.
- Providing excellent patient care and support throughout treatment.
- Supporting with administrative tasks when required.
- Ensuring compliance with cross-infection control policies and protocols.
- Stay updated with advancements in orthodontic practices and technologies.
- Clinical record taking including scans and photographs.
Requirements
- GDC registration essential.
- Keen interest in orthodontics.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- A caring, professional and approachable manner.
Desirable
- Orthodontic nursing experience.
- Knowledge of SfD (Systems for Dentists).
- Radiography.
