We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising and Marketing Executive to join our team. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising and marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Analyse market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Foster relationships with business clients (B2B) to promote products/services effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports using analysis skills to inform future strategies.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve departmental targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and organisational policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in advertising, marketing, or related fields, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to organise multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrable analysis skills for interpreting market data and consumer behaviour insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and IT tools relevant to marketing functions.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
- Knowledge of IT systems utilised in digital marketing platforms is desirable.
- Effective time management skills with a keen eye for organisational detail.
