We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to make an impact on production performance.
Responsibilities will include:
· Troubleshooting production issues on existing equipment
· Developing a strong working understanding on Multilevel and Single level mechanical & Hydraulic press setting
· Training and leading others to develop their skills
· Identifying, planning and implementing continuous improvement projects across production
· Presenting solutions and ideas to the wider team
Required Skills:
· Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline
· Experience in a production/manufacturing engineering environment.
· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems
· Good analytical and communication skills
· Ability to interact easily with people at all levels
Work pattern:
Day shift & rotating shift patterns available
Day shift - Full time 37.5-hour week – Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Friday 8.30am – 2.30pm
