Previous bar experience is essential
Cocktail experience is preferred (but a willingness to learn is just as important!)
A positive, friendly personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys being busy

As we're a busy bar and restaurant, some shifts finish late into the evening, so your own transport is highly recommended.
