About the role:
Together, we’re shaping the future of construction. Ready to make your impact? We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
As a European Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of management, senior-level and specialist technical hiring with a primary focus on the UK & Ireland. Working closely with business leaders and People team, you will provide strategic recruitment support, ensuring the attraction and selection of high-calibre talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, partnering with hiring managers and local People teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance the recruitment process.
- Actively approaching potential candidates (headhunting), conducting telephone/video screenings, and creating a talent pipeline.
- Write and post engaging job adverts across internal and external platforms
- Screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews and shortlist candidates against agreed criteria
- Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Support Talent Acquisition projects and HR initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter, ideally within an international organisation.
- Demonstrated track record of managing end-to-end recruitment across professional, management, and technical roles.
- Strong headhunting and direct sourcing expertise is essential, with the ability to identify, engage, and attract passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
- Ability to provide market insights and strategic recruitment advice to hiring managers.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluency in English is essential, with French and/or Spanish language skills considered as an advantage.
