Job Summary:
SlideModel Presentation & Business Design Ltd is seeking a Visual Communications Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality visual communication, presentation design, and branding projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and organised professional who enjoys leading creative workflows, collaborating with design teams, and producing compelling visual content. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining exceptional creative standards.
What you'll do:
- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of visual communication and presentation design projects.
- Coordinate designers, content creators, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Review creative work to maintain consistency, accuracy, and high-quality design standards.
- Manage project schedules, priorities, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and creative requirements.
- Support the development of presentations, infographics, reports, branding materials, and digital content.
- Monitor project progress and identify opportunities to improve creative workflows.
- Prepare project updates, reports, and production schedules.
- Encourage collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the design team.
- Stay informed on design trends, visual storytelling, presentation design, and communication best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in visual communications, graphic design, presentation design, branding, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of presentation design, visual storytelling, branding, and digital content creation.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering exceptional visual content.

Pay: £3,700.00-£5,300.00 per month
