- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service stations
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed to ensure timely service
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and operate POS systems effectively
- Promote a positive atmosphere by engaging with guests and encouraging repeat visits through excellent service
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
- Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
