About the role
This role translates our business needs into technology capabilities, ensuring we maximise the value of our existing marketing technology platforms. Working closely with stakeholders across our Marketing, Technology, Personalisation teams and our strategic partners, this role will unlock new functionality to achieve our ambition to deliver a uniquely tailored experience for our customers
You will be responsible for

Creating a capability roadmap to unlock value through existing marketing technology by working closely with our business and technology teams, alongside the Marketing Technology Strategy Manager.

Building strong relationships with our technology partners and keeping up to date with new product releases and innovation.

Translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring that we make the most of our existing platforms whilst identifying opportunities to enhance capability.

Facilitating discovery workshops to define business needs and translate them into clear technology requirements.

Driving adoption of new capabilities across business teams through best practice and knowledge sharing.

Prioritising demand alongside business stakeholders and supporting technology teams and external partners.
You will need
-
Proven track record working cross functionally across Marketing, Technology and Legal teams.

Translating business requirements into technology solutions.

Working with enterprise level marketing technology platforms.

Knowledge of CRM, personalisation, customer data and marketing automation.

A brilliant communicator and presenter, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical language and, crucially, simplify complex technical concepts.

Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams.

Proven ability to manage technology vendors and strategic partnerships.

Commercial awareness with a delivery focused approach.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary.
