F&D Tech Solutions are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing delivery team across London.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident managing projects on site, coordinating labour, maintaining programme and driving the quality standards our clients expect.
About the Role
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of structured cabling and technology infrastructure installations across commercial fit-out and construction environments. You will coordinate site teams, manage subcontractors, maintain project programmes and ensure the highest standards of quality, health & safety and client satisfaction are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage site-based delivery of structured cabling and network infrastructure projects
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors and materials to ensure efficient project execution
- Monitor and maintain project programmes and key milestones
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Manage site documentation, reports, permits and quality assurance processes
- Liaise with clients, principal contractors and project stakeholders
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively to minimise delays
- Ensure installations are completed to the highest quality standards
- Support project handovers and close-out documentation
About You
We're looking for someone who brings strong leadership skills and technical understanding, with the ability to manage multiple site activities while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience managing site teams and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of structured cabling, data cabling or IT infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing programme delivery and site operations
- Thorough understanding of Health & Safety requirements and site best practices
- Ability to maintain accurate site records and project documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification
- ECS / CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work qualification
- Relevant industry or construction-related qualifications
