We are looking for passionate, relatable individuals to join our team of self-employed mentors, supporting young people in schools and community settings across Leicestershire and beyond.
We are looking for people who have:
- Lived experience of overcoming adversity or significant life challenges.
- A passion for supporting and inspiring young people.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Reliability, professionalism and integrity.
- A commitment to helping young people create positive futures.
What you'll do:
- Deliver 1:1 mentoring sessions.
- Deliver a youth development curriculum.
- Build trusted relationships with young people.
- Encourage confidence, resilience and positive behaviour change.
- Support young people to achieve their goals.
- Work alongside schools and partner organisations as part of a professional mentoring team.
