Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans and protocols
- Monitor patient conditions, record observations, and report significant changes to the medical team
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior nursing staff and support staff within the team
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure clear understanding of treatment processes
- Educate patients about their health conditions, post-treatment care, and health promotion strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, treatments, and interventions in compliance with legal and organisational standards
- Ensure infection control procedures are strictly followed to promote a safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body
- Proven experience in a clinical nursing setting, demonstrating strong nursing skills and knowledge of care plans
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and compassionately
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and support junior team members effectively
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a patient-centred approach
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare standards
