We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Apprentice to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in Learning and Development while gaining a nationally recognised Level 3 apprenticeship qualification.
What will your day look like?
No two days are the same in this role. You’ll support a range of learning and development activities, helping to make sure our apprenticeships and other early careers programmes run smoothly.
You’ll spend time working with colleagues across the organisation, keeping records up to date, supporting events and training sessions, and helping learners have a positive experience from start to finish.
You’ll also get involved in promoting opportunities, supporting digital systems, and gathering feedback to help us continuously improve what we offer.

You might have:

Experience in a customer service, administrative or support role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage your time effectively
- Confidence using digital tools such as Microsoft Office
- A willingness to learn, take feedback and develop new skills
You will also:

Be committed to completing a Level 3 Learning & Development Apprenticeship
- Have (or be willing to achieve) GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 (or equivalent)

Please note: This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at a level appropriate to the post. It is a contractual and essential requirement that the successful candidate is registered with the DBS Update Service. You have 30 calendar days from the "date of issue" printed on your standard or enhanced DBS certificate to register for the DBS Update Service using the certificate number.
