Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential risks or delays early, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Manage project budgets and schedules meticulously to optimize resource utilization and meet key milestones.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment across all parties involved.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, decisions, changes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects within the Groundworks and Reinforced concrete sectors.
- Proficiency in Project Management software is essential for effective project planning and tracking.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration and conflict resolution.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate project goals clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience of managing large sites with many teams is essential.
