Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in supervising daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of food quality.
- Lead food preparation and cooking activities, maintaining consistency and presentation excellence across all dishes.
- Manage team members by providing guidance, training, and support to foster a motivated and cohesive kitchen environment.
- Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper storage procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless serving of dishes and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and control waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Support the development of new menu items and culinary innovations that excite our guests.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong background in fresh food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Extensive kitchen experience with a focus on culinary excellence and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and front-of-house staff.

Pay: Up to £37,500.00 per year
