About the Role:
· Support individuals and small groups in class with interventions across the STEM subjects – with a focus on English & Maths
· Roles available across the school from EYFS, KS1 and KS2
· Deliver high-quality teaching alongside classroom teachers
· Collaborate with teachers and the inclusion team to drive progress
· Take part in school life and help shape an inclusive, inspiring learning environment
· Great fit for future educators – many Teaching Assistants go on to train as teachers through the school
The Ideal Candidate:
· Holds a 2:1 or above from a reputable university – ideally English, Maths, or similar
· Strong in English and Maths
· Previous experience working with children (in school or tutoring)
· Experience with SEND including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and general learning needs
· Passionate about education, with high expectations and a growth mindset
· Confident, compassionate, and ready to hit the ground running
