Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service flow across all outlets
- Support the supervision of kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and other team members to maintain high performance standards
- Oversee food production and preparation processes to uphold quality, presentation, and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients and equipment
- Contribute to menu planning, new dish development, and inventory management to optimize resources
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly
- Coordinate staff schedules, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment
Skills
- Extensive experience in food production, cooking, serving, and food preparation within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Proven management skills with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong culinary background with knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety protocols
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff and guests
- Barista experience is a plus for supporting beverage service areas
- Deep understanding of hospitality principles combined with hands-on restaurant experience
