We are currently looking for an FP&A Graduate to join our Finance team, based at our head office in Caterham, reporting to the FP&A Manager.
What you'll be doing:
The role will provide additional analytical resource to the Financial Planning & Analysis [FP&A] Manager, improving the quality and timeliness of financial reporting, and create a talent pipeline for the business. Key tasks and responsibilities include; supporting the budget and forecast process, assisting the management reporting process and preparation of standard financial reports, variance analysis and investigating key financial movements, maintaining and improving financial models and reporting templates, supporting business partnering activities, and supporting process improvement initiatives as well as ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic projects.
Skills & knowledge you'll bring:
Degree level or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics or similar.
Strong numerical and analytical ability, with confidence working with data and financial information.
Good attention to detail and an organised approach to work.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; willingness to learn and develop further reporting and analytical skills.
Interest and awareness in financial planning, analysis, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Able to interpret information, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly.
Curious and proactive, with a willingness to ask questions, learn, and develop.
Able to manage deadlines and prioritise workload with support and guidance.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to build positive working relationships with colleagues across Finance and the wider business.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling financial and business information.
