About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Scheduler to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing appointments, jobs and schedules across the business, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and work is completed within agreed timescales.
You will act as a key link between customers, field-based teams, engineers, surveyors, and internal departments. The role requires excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage a busy and constantly changing schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments and workloads.
- Allocate jobs and resources efficiently to meet operational requirements.
- Contact customers to arrange and confirm appointments.
- Manage changes, cancellations and rescheduling with minimal disruption.
- Liaise with customers, field teams and internal departments.
- Monitor schedules and proactively address delays or potential issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across CRM and scheduling systems.
- Follow up on outstanding jobs and ensure agreed timescales are met.

- Experience scheduling engineers, technicians, surveyors, installers, contractors or other field-based teams would be desired.
