- You need a strong work ethic, real attention to detail, organised and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be able to work on your feet for most of the day. There will be some heavy lifting.
- Assisting in the fabrication of UPVC components.
- Learning to operate fabrication machinery such as cutting, bending, and welding equipment under supervision.
- Supporting experienced fabricators with assembly.
- Communicate effectively and work closely with colleagues in the team and in the office.
- Able to use own initiative and demonstrate a common sense approach to all duties.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills.
