What you'll do:
- Lead and oversee engineering services and technical operations across multiple projects.
- Develop engineering strategies that support business objectives and operational excellence.
- Manage the planning, delivery, and performance of engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, contractors, and senior leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project quality, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering efficiency and service delivery.
- Oversee technical compliance, engineering standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams while promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience in engineering, infrastructure, construction, technical services, project management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership or senior management experience is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of engineering operations, project delivery, quality management, or infrastructure services is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- A strategic and collaborative leadership approach.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £7,500.00-£9,800.00 per month
