ActivInsights is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Kimbolton.
This is a varied role supporting the coordination, shipment, tracking, and control of equipment and materials used across client and internal projects, including work linked to clinical trial environments. You will work closely with Operations, Quality, Technical, and other internal teams to ensure equipment is prepared, shipped, received, inspected, and returned accurately and on time. The role also supports quality and compliance processes, including traceability, record-keeping, incoming goods checks, and general QMS administration.
We are preferably looking for someone with previous experience in logistics, coordination, operations, or administration, ideally within a regulated or quality-assured environment. Strong Excel and Word skills, excellent organisation, and a methodical approach to documentation are important. Experience with inventory, shipping, controlled documentation, or quality processes would be an advantage.
