The role is crucial to the gym floor as you will be the first point of contact when members enter the gym
Reception duties include:
· Utilising the ‘club manager’ system to book members in / sign memberships up
· To provide a presence on the gym floor and be available at all times to assist members
· Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness on the gym floor. Completing daily tidying and maintenance checks
You must be able to work shifts and/or weekends in a busy 5* gym environment delivering excellent customer service
Job Types: We are looking for 1 new member of staff, it’s a part time role having set hours but would need to have some flexibility to offer cover for existing members of staff at times.
Shifts are usually split into:
9am till 4pm
4pm till 9pm
So applicant would need to be flexible between these hours.
