We're looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our 2-bed therapeutic children's home, supporting children with complex emotional, behavioural difficulties. This is an opportunity to build a home where children feel safe, understood, and empowered to thrive.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the home's operation, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance
- Create a therapeutic, trauma-informed culture where children can recover, develop resilience, and flourish
- Support children with complex behaviours and needs through consistent, relationship-based care
- Develop and lead a resilient, reflective, and high-performing team
- Embed PACE and DDP principles throughout practice and culture
- Deliver effective supervision, coaching, and performance management
- Build strong partnerships with families, education providers, therapists, and external professionals
- Drive continuous improvement and achieve positive outcomes for children
- Contribute to the future growth of the organisation, including the opportunity for dual registration across two homes
About You
We're looking for a compassionate and ambitious leader who has:
✔ A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
✔ A minimum of 3 years' residential childcare experience, including management experience within an Ofsted-regulated setting
✔ A proven track record of achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
✔ Strong knowledge of trauma, attachment, child development, and therapeutic care
✔ Experience supporting children with complex emotional and behavioural needs
✔ The ability to lead teams through challenge with confidence, resilience, and emotional intelligence
✔ A commitment to reflective practice, relationship-based care, and continuous improvement
✔ A Full UK Driving Licence
