Job Title: Customer Service Representative
To carry out specific customer service and administrative related tasks detailed below.
To work within the BakPac team to provide technical expertise, guidance, and high standards of customer service in all areas as required.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide high level communication with customers to ensure the service provided is best in industry and customer has total confidence in what is offered.
- Operate within BP sales inbox and coordinate with team to ensure all emails are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
- Liaise with team members to ensure the smooth transition of information from enquiry to quote and quote to order. Ensuring we have thought about the job correctly both technically and commercially. Also making sure we are administrating the job in the most efficient manner.
- Confidently be able to do basic quotes and raise orders as and when needed.
- Investigate customer NCRs with a view to providing best corrective actions working with BP technical team.
- Where necessary checking the orders going from admin to planning to ensure the job has been processed correctly and the information is accurate.
- Keep track of existing customer activity/order patterns and advise sales team of any drop offs or opportunities.
Any other duties relating to Customer Service and Administration as and when needed.
Main purpose of role:
- To provide the very best level of customer service for all customers ensuring that all correspondence is dealt with in timely and professional manner.
- To coordinate with team to ensure all admin tasks are carried out to best standards.
