The role calls for someone efficient, professional and dedicated to the stability & expansion of the business:
- Nuanced communication skills, relational attunement and structured working methods are essential; built on a core interest in holistic work, human development and service.
- AB Embodiment Ltd is in a critical stage in its development; while the company and all its avenues of work centre on quality standards and the highest ethics, it is also a fast-paced and dynamic operation growing to greater scale & reach.
- The role therefore suits someone of steady temperament, high capacity and emotional awareness, to navigate the flow of client relationships and project development.
- A certain productivity and personal ownership will be required, while working in good open collaboration with others.
- This central role sits within a 6-person team, so good liaison between parties will be needed.
- Your presence & output would bring a sense of calm - a palliative in a busy company environment.
- Team members are treated with enormous commitment & care, so it is important to us to find someone who has a real commitment to the company, and their unique role in bringing its work to the world.
Role Outline:
- Managing inbox, calendar and general day to day operations.
- Client communications & tracking, including financial monitoring, administering contract renewals, fielding new client enquiries, supporting client sales, directed by AB and other members of the team.
- Supporting social media where needed.
- Supporting podcast administration, including scheduling, guest liaison and production coordination.
- Coordinating logistics for trainings, workshops and retreats, including supporting delivery on the day, where needed. Attendance of overseas events will be agreed on a case by case basis.
- Liaising with partners, guests and collaborators.
- Managing company newsletter and automations via MailerLite.
- Ongoing support with key projects and anticipating what's needed before being asked.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Are currently working in, or have solid experience within, the wellness, coaching or personal development industry.
- Have experience as an EA, project manager or similar, ideally supporting a founder or public-facing brand.
- Have experience supporting social media operations (scheduling, coordination, community management).
- Have experience supporting in-person trainings, workshops or retreats (virtual or hands-on).
- Manage your own time well, with no need for chasing or micromanagement - this will include proactive reporting on task status & ensuring good communication flow where deadlines or expectations need refinement within wider working capacity.
- Take initiative rather than waiting to be told, and follow things through to completion, no loose ends left dangling.
- Communicate clearly and warmly, and bring the kind of calm, grounded presence that this work asks for.
- Basic understanding of Squarespace, Stripe, Mailerlite, Substack & Social Media.
