We're looking for a confident, outgoing and motivated Lead Generation Executive's to join our growing team.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people and building relationships over the phone. Your role will be to engage with business owners and decision-makers, identify opportunities, and generate qualified leads for our Energy Consultants.
You don't need years of tele-sales experience – if you're a great communicator with confidence on the phone, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Building rapport and having natural conversations with business owners.
- Identifying potential opportunities for our consultancy team.
- Qualifying leads and booking appointments.
- Updating customer information on internal systems.
- Working towards achievable activity and performance targets.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to speak with a wide variety of people and build rapport quickly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Ideally 6 months' experience in telesales, lead generation, outbound calling or a customer-facing role.
- B2B or B2C sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
