Key Responsibilities
- Perform all listed salon treatments to a professional standard
- Oversee daily salon operations and staff performance
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate stock records
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Promote a professional and positive salon culture
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Certified in all treatments offered (UK-recognized qualifications)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- In-depth knowledge of beauty treatments and industry standards
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills

- Nails: Acrylic Nails, Nail Extensions, Gel Paint (Shellac), Nail Art, Manicure, Pedicure
- Hair Removal & Brows: Waxing, Threading, Tinting, Brow Lamination

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Zero hours contract
