- As an Early Years Practitioner, you will take part in fun and exciting activities ensuring the children have fun filled days!
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum for children in the early years
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized care and support to meet the needs of each child
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and areas for improvement using out childcare software system.
- Collaborate with parents and families to support children's learning and development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
```Qualifications:```
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
- Early Years Educator Level 3 Qualification - Essential
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
