What You'll Be Doing
As a Parts Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our aftersales operation, supporting both our workshop and retail customers by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supplying parts to our workshop technicians and retail customers.
- Identifying and sourcing the correct parts quickly and accurately.
- Managing customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Maintaining stock levels, processing deliveries, and carrying out inventory checks.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Promoting genuine Toyota parts and accessories where appropriate.
- Helping keep the parts department organised, efficient, and customer-focused.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry (essential).
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and electronic parts catalogues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Toyota experience is preferred but not essential—we're happy to provide manufacturer training for the right candidate.
