Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop and service operations
- Coordinate technicians, service advisers, and job schedules
- Monitor repair quality and completion times
- Maintain high customer-service standards
- Manage parts availability and supplier relationships
- Review estimates, invoices, and warranty documentation
- Track productivity and service performance
- Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards
- Resolve customer concerns professionally

What We Are Looking For Experience
- 4+ years of automotive servicing, workshop, aftersales, or dealership experience
- Previous supervisory or team-management responsibility
