D4Health is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a dynamic and growing provider of occupational health services covering the UK. D4Health is a SEQOHS accredited OH provider. We are looking for a candidate whom can work closely within our team, to continue to ensure high standards of OH practice. Based at our head office in Telford, this role offers a unique blend of clinical administration and clinical service, working with our clients to ensure workforce health, safety and wellbeing.

About the Role
· Play a central role in clinical service delivery, working closely with our Clinical Director
· Provide clinical guidance and direction to our clinical technician team, ensuring quality and consistency of delivery
· Act as a trusted clinical voice across the business, supporting colleagues in Sales and Operations with clinical insight and advice
· Review and quality-assure clinical outputs as required
Duties will include
· Conducting clinical case management, both remotely and in person, pre-placement screening, health surveillance and health promotional activities such vaccinations
· Supporting case management administration and assist with follow-up tasks.
· Attend meetings and contribute to discussions on occupational health issues
· Contribute to clinical governance, continuous service improvement and quality assurance.
· Participate in audits, training and professional development activities.
· Support clinical recruitment and training of new team members.
· Work flexibly between clinical administration and clinical service delivery
Requirements
· Previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
· Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
· Hands-on experience, strong organisational and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· IT proficiency including MS Office.
· Training in health surveillance is desirable but can be given within the role
