The Community Engagement Worker will increase community engagement, maximise participation in, and increase the range of activities on offer, strengthen and expand on community partnerships, and ensure the Centre is inclusive, meeting the needs of residents and stakeholders.
To work closely with the Café Manager to increase footfall and use of the community café.
To contribute as a member of the Leadership Group to support the wider strategic objectives of the Advice Centre and Community Centre.
Co-ordinate, support and develop volunteers engaged within the organisation, ensuring they are effectively inducted, supervised, valued, and involved in delivering community activities and services.
Will lead the development, promotion and day-to-day coordination of a welcoming and inclusive Community Centre that meets the needs of residents and partner organisations.
Pay: £27,579.00 per year
