CS Servicing Ltd is a well-established and busy vacuum cleaner servicing and repair business. For over 13 years, we have specialised in providing in-home vacuum cleaner servicing and repairs to customers across Yorkshire.
We are now looking for a friendly, motivated and reliable person to join our team as a Trainee Vacuum Service & Repair Technician.
No previous vacuum repair experience is required. Full training will be provided.
This is a mobile, customer-facing role where you will spend much of your working day travelling between pre-booked appointments at customers' homes throughout Yorkshire.
The Role
You will visit customers in their homes to carry out vacuum cleaner servicing and repairs.
Your duties will include:
- Dismantling and reassembling vacuum cleaners
- Carrying out full servicing and cleaning
- Diagnosing faults
- Replacing faulty or worn components
- Carrying out repairs
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Keeping your company vehicle organised and stocked
- Explaining our optional maintenance cover plan to customers where appropriate
Full training will be provided in servicing, fault diagnosis and repairs.
Previous sales experience would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will also be provided.

Most importantly, you must have a great personality and be confident communicating with customers from all backgrounds.
Driving Requirements
As this is a mobile position, applicants must:
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence
- Have held their driving licence for at least 3 years
- Be comfortable driving throughout Yorkshire
- Live within approximately 8 miles of our Birstall office, WF17, as you will regularly be required to visit the office to collect stock and parts
Pay
Guaranteed basic pay: £508.40 per week
In addition to your basic pay, you will have the opportunity to earn:
- Performance bonuses
- Commission on maintenance cover plan sales
- Potential total earnings of £600+ per week
Working Pattern
Monday to Friday (Optional Saturday Overtime)
This is a field-based position covering customer appointments throughout Yorkshire.
We can offer an immediate start to the right applicant, with full training provided.
