Dental Practice Manager

We are a busy, patient-focused dental practice committed to delivering high-quality NHS and private dental care. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Manager to lead our team, oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, and drive exceptional patient experiences.
The Role
As Dental Practice Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice. You will lead and support the clinical and administrative teams, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, monitor performance, and help drive the continued growth and success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice
- Lead, motivate, and support reception, nursing, and administrative teams
- Manage staff rotas, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
- Monitor KPIs, appointment utilisation, diary management, and practice performance
- Manage NHS and private practice administration and compliance
- Ensure compliance with CQC, GDC, health and safety, and infection control requirements
- Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Manage stock control, supplier relationships, and practice facilities
- Support business development, patient retention, and marketing initiatives
- Assist with financial management, reporting, and budget monitoring
