Are you looking to start a career in Human Resources but need practical experience to get your foot in the door? Central YMCA is offering a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to gain hands-on experience within a supportive and experienced HR team.
As a Volunteer HR Administrator, you will support a variety of HR activities across the employee lifecycle. You'll receive structured training, mentoring, and coaching from HR professionals while developing valuable workplace skills and experience.
What we're looking for
A genuine interest in a career in HR, People Services, or Business Administration.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and numeracy skills.
Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.
