We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our rapidly growing friendly team in Carlisle, who is a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and who will fit in with the Saint & Co ethos.
Book-keeper
(22 ½ hours per week, but more hours considered for the suitable candidate)
We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong financial administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The role will involve maintaining accurate financial records (generally using the Xero accounting system), to include recording sales, processing purchase invoices, and reconciling bank accounts etc.
Therefore, we are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a bookkeeping or finance role.
- Good working knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
- Experience of computers
- Working knowledge of Xero accounting software (would be an advantage but training will be given to the suitable candidate. Knowledge of other accounting software would also be helpful.)
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- The ability to work independently and prioritise workloads.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
