Joseph’s Care Home is a newly opened, 20-bedroom care home offering a warm, friendly, and homely environment for our residents. We are currently looking for a compassionate and reliable Night Healthcare Assistant to join our growing team.
About the Role:
You will be working night shifts, supporting residents with personal care, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night. This is a hands-on role where you will be part of a supportive and dedicated team, ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to residents
- Assisting with mobility and ensuring comfort during the night
- Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and responding to needs promptly
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and calm environment
- Working closely with a friendly and supportive team
Hours:
- 33 hours per week (3 night shifts)
- Additional shifts available to cover holidays and staff absence
