We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Public Sector Procurement to join our Advisory team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to apply your project management expertise and procurement knowledge to deliver critical initiatives that drive value and efficiency.
In this role, you will oversee the delivery of key projects and programmes, collaborating closely with cross functional experts in technical, data, and procurement fields. You will also have the chance to demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior team members and contributing to the ongoing development of our project delivery capabilities.

What You'll Do:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to relay information, provide updates, and respond to queries with internal teams and clients

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with conflicting deadlines, and support the development of programmes to meet deadlines

Experience leading stakeholder meetings, presenting project status updates, and facilitating discussions to extract key information

Knowledge of equipment requirements, procurement processes, and developing strategies aligned with project scope and budget

Proven ability to manage budgets, track progress, and report on project performance

Skills in liaising with internal and external project teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure smooth information flow and project delivery

Expertise in risk management, issue mitigation, and providing specialist advice on equipment procurement, tendering, and commissioning

Experience coordinating logistics, managing supplier relationships, and working within tight timeframes to ensure successful project outcomes
What You Bring:

Result and solutions driven with strong project delivery experience

Proven ability to manage and direct people without direct line management responsibility

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with experience in report writing and presentations

High level of computer literacy, particularly in Excel, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint
-
Experience working with the NHS, including understanding of NHS governance and procurement processes
-
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment
-
Flexibility to work across multiple locations, on various projects, and with diverse groups
-
Experience within Capital Equipping, Project Management, and hospital equipment procurement
